Roles & responsibilities
·Providing business/financial expertise to ensure the successful outcome of cases
·Supporting effective negotiation in disputes concerning pensions liabilities in corporate transactions in order to protect members’ benefits
·Reviewing recovery plans with emphasis on viability and cash management
·Developing and deploying scheme funding plans for high-risk schemes
·Taking a leadership role in business negotiations on recovery plans
·Investigating and escalating high-priority issues as required
·Educating and mentoring case managers and team members on business assessment and practices
